You bet! Reading it for the second time and getting so much more out of it because I have finally fine-tuned my eating and I feel wonderfully balanced. Couldn't say that before. Once I start losing more wt. I intend to get into the exercises more.
Just the little exercise I have been getting makes me feel alive. I didn't do much exercising in my life and am surprised it feels so nice. I laid back on my bed afterward and definitely felt like all my insides were working better. I will keep this up. My goal is to LOVE it and do it at least 5 days a week.

Good quotes/reminders Gloria. Yes I've read The Spark and wish I had read it before I joined. I read it over 2 years after joining Spark People.com and would have found the book more exciting if it didn't contain so much of what we have learned. However, it is a good book and I see it all over in bookstores now.
