Hi Sharon and welcome. The program works if you work with it each day. There is so much here in Sparks that will help you accomplish your goals. I like the articles, the my tools and the sparks team page. The other things are very helpful, but I favor the ones I mentioned. Welcome reach for your goals.
It works if you follow the tips and suggestions, sparks will work for you. However, only you can make a change in your life. I have been a spark member for a month now. I am still learning about my nutrition, fitness and myself. i believe it will take me a long time to lose the weight I want and keep it off. Sparks is teaching me the right way to change my eating and fitness life style. Good luck to you.

It's working for me. SP has great resources and tools. And these spark teams are very supportive and a big help when you need motivation. Utilize as many of the tools that SP provides, especially the food tracker and fitness tracker. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

Hello everyone - my name is Sharon and a friend recommended I join Sparkpeople - I really hope I can do this - I'm getting very scared because I'm not healthy and I'm feeling pretty bad about the way I look...I'm getting ready to be a Nana (too young for Grandma)...does this program really work???
