this is great for you ! I love it ! i too have a hard time eating breakfast, what i do is come up with healthy ideas and then in the morning i am excited about eating it! so even though i cut out greasy fat sugary foods ( which even though they are bad for us taste soo good) i will have something delicious to look forward to at each meal! and this helps me not crave all those "bad for us foods". It also helps me remeber to eat on time before it gets late night and then there comes binge eating...
congrats on the work out! nothin feels better than breaking a sweat! and knowing that you have worked hard to reach your goals!

Ok! I made it through yesterday! Today, I got up and did the calisthenics program that I had downloaded. I am covered in sweat, but not as sore as before I started. Yes, I was sore from yesterday!
So far so good on the eating. You guys helped me through my difficult time yesterday. I went to sleep with a clean conscience. Now to make myself eat breakfast. That is something I haven't been doing regularly, only to eat crap and binge later.
