Ok, I did it. I got up this morning and went out with my music and "C25K" and moved my body for 30 minutes. It doesn't feel great yet, but I know that it will eventually. Physical activity has always been the "easier" part of the equation for me. The eating part has been impossible lately. But that's ok. I'm going to start the day by making good choices and by tracking everything that I eat on here.
