well if you dont have candy you wont be tempted.. but i know its hard. its a habit and if you can break it.. like what time is bad for you.. and you know you will go and look for candy or whatever.. do something else.. soon the tempation will be gone..

I ahd tons of halloween candy. I bought all the kids I love. I pigged once and then i bought a priority mail box or picked one up at the post office and put all the left over candy and mailed it to my friend in California who is very low income and she aloowed her kids to ahve it. I felt better that way.
Don't feel so bad or beat up on yourself be very gentle with you.
Well i have been done lately which is never good. It means i'm justfying what i'm eating even when i know their is no justification. I was good about the halloween candy and then i started to feel low and i said i can eat candy tonight. Now mind you i haven't eaten late at night for a couple of months i told myself it is worng but i did it anyway. But the good news is after three days of eating candy late at night i stopped myself last night and didn't have any. I'm happy that i'm able to stop from competely losing control but i should have a better way to handle my feelings when i get like that and i don't. So i need help and advice on what to do if i feel like that again.
