I just joined the Spark Coach and I am excited about it.

I am an emotional eater, and had a tough time this weekend as it was my birthday weekend. I did much better than previous birthday or holiday times, but I did not stick to my calories guide. I did do my exercise each day, so that was an improvement,

I had lost ten pounds and I have gained it back over the past year, due to eating too much and partly due to a medication I take now. But I cannot let these things be an excuse for me. I have to lose that ten pounds again and realize this is all part of the process of staying healthy.

I sort of agree with what you are saying. It is hard enough to share our mess up without everyone being able to pass judgment on us whether we choose to have the see it or not. Having said that, if someone wanted to request help trying to figure out what they might change to help them - I think the option is available.

I don't, because I feel if I can't be honest with myself I am not going to be honest with anyone else. I have learn that I have to be honest with myself before I can make progress. I feel that if I shared the food tracker that I would be more likely to stop putting food into the tracker. We have enough stress on us why put that much more on us by knowing that everyone is going to see what we eat during the day. I don't think it would keep us honest. I would be more honest with the food tracking if I know that I can but the food in and still see how bad I did and then look back to see just how much I was not staying with my calorie count. If we can't be honest with our self we are never going to gain a healthy lifestyle. I like when we might have a buddy we report to and be accountable to for if we stayed with in our calorie count or ate one of our foods that is not in our food plan. OK , hope you find something or someone to help. Hugs Judy

I used to a long time ago.. and it did help.. always good to have a accountable buddy especially when times gets touch and you want to reach out to someone when you might over eat.. so maybe a post to say you need one..

I have seen others ask the same question and there must be some way to do it, because sometimes someone who is puzzled about not losing will make a comment and another
person (not a coach but it could be) says that if the first person will share their food tracker then they would help them figure it out and then they do and that second person gives feedback.

I thought anyone can see anyones trackers as long as they are displayed.....mines open.

I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

I don't either. Out of curiosity, I looked to see if I could find a Spark Team that does that, but I couldn't. Perhaps you could find a "buddy" who would share their nutrition tracker with you, and you with them.
