I'll just share here:I hope its okay..
2 oscar mayer ff hot dogs they are 40 cals apiece so thats 80 cals
then you can have a 80 cal bun ( in my neck of the woods its-- healthy life brand ) you put one hot dog on" each "( the bun will be laying flat and open ) side of the bun, then you top it with ( mustard and onions ) chili , I get the Great value brand of "hot dog chili sauce " at walmart..Its a tablespoon for 10 calories , I use 20 calories worth..Then a slice of ff cheese I tear it into and put one slice on each hot dog then put it under the broiler and melt the cheese .It really fills you up..Also I was thinking of using a 35 cal slice of bread instead of the bun , that would cut the cals alot.. You can spice up the chili sauce by adding chili po , hot sauce etc..
hot dogs (80)
1 bun (80)
chili sauce (20)
1 slice ff cheese (25 ) WOW this is less than I thought total calories 205

Try not to stress to much about it, yea exercise and see if you can eat lighter the rest of the day...I have some recipes to help me out of situations and I can still have something to eat for the rest of the day..I have two chili cheese dogs for 225 calories and then its good to go for veggies on the days when I mess up..The mess up days are fewer now because I have gotten to the point of catching my self most of the time ( not always yet ) I have lost 7-8 lbs also ...But I have been working hard and reading all I can and really trying to figure out why I act so stupid LOL...I don't want to be so hard on my self so I will retract that...If you want the recipe to my hot dogs just ask...

Help! I've eaten 2 donuts and tootsie rolls (yes, opened candy for Wed but have now tucked it away).
I'm going to do a 10 min exercise video to hopefully turn this around the rest of the day.
Got stressed out in the morning over nothing real important and that's all it took today for some reason:{

I still have not opened the bag of halloween candy, I pass it a few times each day ( in the foyer ) and want to-- but I have been strong...Its not even the kind I like, I make sure I don't buy the kind I like ( but the poor kids in my neighborhood ) ..I have been alot stronger since I just started saying "no" to my feeling...

Congrats on the weight loss so far. It is great that your family are noticing and supporting you!

Another trick of mine is I have a splurge day- every Saturday. On that day I allow myself anything I want to eat...sweets etc.. During the week when I'm having cravings I don't tell myself "no" I tell myself "I can have it on Saturday." That helps me a lot because I don't feel like I'm being completely deprived.

As far as Halloween goes...don't buy candy for the trick-or-treaters that you like to eat.

Hi everyone , I like you am trying to control my emotional eating. I am now trying to just say no and it works ! I read about everything on sp that I could get my hands on and then I saw a joel osteen video on you tube and that did it for me...The bible says "search" and ye shall find, and that is just what I did...So far this is whats working for me, I am trying to control myself....

Remember.... If it isn't in the house I won't eat it.
Also, I skip the grocery isles that have trigger foods.
This usually works for me.

I think the thing that has helped me the most is not bringing sweets into my house. If they aren't here I can't eat them.

Hello to my follow sparkies......I really have a bad habit of eating chocolate in front off my t.v eating out of emotions ...when i am at home by myself ,but recently i joined a group on the website called the sweet tooth challenged which ask you to not to eat snacks for three times a week and it really works for me and when i start to crave for food ...the one i am crazy about i just eat fruit or exercise and that seems to take my mind off of it....but now i will have to struggle with halloween candy...thanksgiving cakes and pies...and christmas dinner which i love ham, potatoes, string beans, cranberry sauce and gravy over turkey...you know what i mean the whole thing...so may the Lord help me then...but i will continue to follow the path i am on and if i fall off i will get back on the saddle again....Good Luck to us all. emoticon
