Eat less- stay with my calorie range 7 days a week. no nighttime eating. Move more- make 10,000 steps daily. strength train 3x. yoga once, cardio daily. Stress less- daily spark, blog. Weekly faithgroup. daily affirmations.
combined, I should see the scale move this month, in the downward mode.

Commit to running 3 times per week and getting n some other form of exercise on the other days.
Three meals only with fruit for snacks.
No spending any money on any clothes until I get down at 7lbs more.

1. Add strength training back to routine 3 times per week.

1) Stay on the low end of her calorie allotment - each & every day!
2) Increase strength exercise minutes.
