Eat less- stay with my calorie range 7 days a week. no nighttime eating.
Move more- make 10,000 steps daily. strength train 3x. yoga once, cardio daily.
Stress less- daily spark, blog. Weekly faithgroup. daily affirmations.

combined, I should see the scale move this month, in the downward mode.

1. I want to start and complete month two of Jillian Michael's Body Revolution.
2. Find a way to stay on the wagon during the weekends.
3. Do well in my midterms.
4. Don't respond to no weight loss by eating whatever, whenever, however I want.

Commit to running 3 times per week and getting n some other form of exercise on the other days.

Three meals only with fruit for snacks.

No spending any money on any clothes until I get down at 7lbs more.
