I am in my late 40's with a 7 year old child, so we are at different places in life. I have over 100lb to lose, so we are at different places on the health spectrum, too. My name is Carole. I am 72 this month and want to lose 10 pounds. I was doing well, then had an injury when upset my exercise schedule and I gained back about 7 pounds that I had worked so hard to lose. I also ate too much during that period of recovery from the injury. I am logging in my food most days and exercising again.
