Good for you. I think as long as you can see the long term "light at the end of the tunnel", you will do just fine!

I know it has been quite some time since I posted, so I thought better late than never. I started exercising(slowly and not alot but I am working up to more often) and my eating habits have changed some. I have lost 11 pounds so far and I am well on my way of dropping 40 pounds over this year(I decided to start smaller while keeping the long term in my mind). Just trying to do what works rather than keep trying the same things(which DON'T work over and over again). Emotional eating doesn't haappen as much now(which is huge) and I am doing okay. Anyways how is everyone doing here? Hope the new year started off right for you!
