Chai with skim milk. And I make banana muffins with a flax meal and a little extra corn starch so they are really chewy. No egg no added fat and 100 cals. They keep me going.

I try to eat healthy snacks. Like carrots or apples. And some times sweet potatoe fries. ! Not a lot thou.

i also like the trail mix with some dried fruit something else i will have but only occasionally is muffins that i make with a can of pumpkin puree and a box of spice cake mix. it can still be a lot of calories but it's just from the chemicals and junk in the cake mix and this way there is no oil or egg in it. One of the girls at work makes it as a bunt cake apparently it is a popular recipe from the HungyGirl show and cook book

I reach for my yogurts as a sweet treat or use as dessert after a meal. They come in all different flavors, even carrot cake!
60 cals, 8 protein and 4 carbs so it hits my sweet tooth and helps fill me up.

***Cant never could but I sure WANT to!***

In the blender: 1 frozen banana (freeze in chunks), 1 Cup frozen berries, 1 &1/2 Cups vanilla flavored soy milk (or cow's milk, if you prefer). Blend until smooth and thick and creamy and soooo delicious!

Another Sparker shared this with me and I tried it this afternoon . Because I'm diabetic i combine a protein and a carb everytime i eat.

I washed and dried a almost ripened pear and sliced it down the middle an cut out the core so each ahlf had like a hole in it.
Chirardelli 60% cocoa chips 4 of them in each half of the pear and I microwaved it 1 minute
(unripened pears 2 minutes)
Then i topped that with chopped pecans and cut up into bites.
Oh this was so good and gooey and sweet and healthy
