I bought the Wii game Biggest Loser Challenge. let me tell you, I thought I had been doing pretty good in my fitness, thought I was getting stronger. I have been, but an hour of this game, had me pouring sweat, my shirt was soaked, dripping sweat while trying to do the plank move. It had you doing exactly what Bob and Jillian would have you do at the ranch. I was doing jumping jacks, jump rope, doing all sorts of strength training, etc. It hurt, I had to stop a few times, but it was great. It ,measures your fitness level as well as your problem areas. Obviously I need more work on my arms, abs and hips and butt. It plans a workout designed specifically with your needs in mind, plus you can add your food onto there alos. It keeps track of your progress, you can set up a schedule of when you want to do it. I will be using this as my strength training days. For an hour, I only burned 322 calories but that is because the first 20 minutes it was doing a fitness test on me to find out where I was. it tells you right on the screen how many calories you are burning for your workout.
