I haven't left SP, but I have gotten burnt out / un-motivated and I am still trying to fully get back on track. Welcome back!

I know that burnt out feeling MONTANA50! I lost 50 lbs on WW a few years back and just couldn't do it anymore. I started feeling like my whole day was focused around what I ate. I wasn't as lucky as you and gained 20 of it back
Now I am doing spark and really like it!! We can keep each other on track this time lol!!!
I went away from SP for about 6 months once (gained a lot of weight back too) and did feel renewed when I came back.

I started back from the beginning and I read articles again and immersed myself into it. You did better than me as I gained most of my weight back before I came back.

I am not losing this fat - I am removing it for good.

I would be lost without my Spark Family! I've been with SP for over two years...lost and gained and lost...am now doing WW and have lost 33 pds. It's a slow process but fits my life better. I still track with SP and participate on teams. I do both...

I have been away from SP for over a year. I just got burned out..and wasn't losing anything for the longest time. Couldn't stay on the plan. Luckily I didn't gain back the 40 pounds I lost. I actually tried Weight Watchers for awhile and that is a really healthy eating plan, but I didn't seem to lose with that either, because I couldn't stick to it. Anyhow, after being away this is like a new plan again, and I am feeling a bit of the excitement and hope that I had when I first started SP...so hope I can lose the additional 40 pounds I need to lose to be a healthy weight.
I was wondering. Have any of you been away from it for a long time and felt renewed with the the SP plan. Did you start over from the beginning - stage one? What was your experience?
