Hi Tater-Welcome to our group! You don't have much weight to lose to meet your goal, which is great! My advice to you is to read all of the great articles and tips on SP to really build a great foundation of good habits, and to take baby steps and be patient with yourself. Remember: You WANT food at night when you're watching TV, you don't NEED it! Changing our mindset is very critical to being successful with maintaining a healthy weight.
