SLF thanks for introducing yourself to the group and welcome! Sometimes it's hard to know where to begin, but definitely read all of the articles and keep posting on here when you feel the urge to overeat or eat the wrong foods. Stay in Stage 1 until your good habits stick and you will make it!
We are more than conquerors and can do all things through Christ Jesus!
Welcome to the Team! It's so classic to be able to organize and delegate for others yet we are a dead loss when it comes to ourselves, so don't be hard on yourself-you're absolutely normal! You'll find your groove...just do what was suggested to me-reading and posting on the message boards, and use your nutrional tracker faithfully.

BRETHEREN, I COUNT NOT MYSELF TO HAVE APPREHENDED BUT THIS ONE THING, I DO FORGETTING THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE BEHIND, REACHING FORTH UNTO THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE BEFORE ME I PRESS TOWARD THE MARK FOR THE PRIZE OF THE HIGH CALLING OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS.
BUT HE ANSWERED AND SAID, IT IS WRITTEN, MAN SHALL NOT LIVE BY BREAD ALONE, BUT BY EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD.
Howdy, I am just joining, although I have known about SP for a couple months. I can't seem to stay with a diet or exercise program on my own anymore (who am I kidding I never have been able to). I loved reading all of your posts and hope I can find a balance! I am a professional at finding reasons to avoid exercise and healthy food. I have returned to college after 15 years and added more then 25 pounds in the last year. The irony of it all is my son is autistic and one a GFCF diet which I am able to organize for him but can't seem to stop myself from munching every chance I get. It's getting to be very overwhelming so you all know the more overwhelmed the more food I find to munch!
