Howdy, I am just joining, although I have known about SP for a couple months. I can't seem to stay with a diet or exercise program on my own anymore (who am I kidding I never have been able to). I loved reading all of your posts and hope I can find a balance! I am a professional at finding reasons to avoid exercise and healthy food. I have returned to college after 15 years and added more then 25 pounds in the last year. The irony of it all is my son is autistic and one a GFCF diet which I am able to organize for him but can't seem to stop myself from munching every chance I get. It's getting to be very overwhelming so you all know the more overwhelmed the more food I find to munch!
