Just introducing myself. I'm new to this website and still in my first week of taking steps to change the lifestyle and habits that have led to obesity. I'm excited about it, and not yet sure if I believe I can do it. When I registered on the website, I selected several teams that I thought might suit me. Emotional Eaters was one I almost didn't choose. I wasn't sure it fit. Just now I popped on to the team page for the first time and I read the 16 Feelings post. I recognized myself in at least a couple of these, and I'm glad I chose this team. I'm looking forward to getting to know you.
