MMMMM... That does sound so good!AND No, You are NOT ALONE! I think you're right about your reason for wanting it.I know it's not quite the same, but try to find substitutions for your fave foods ,or try to make what you like yourself, but better for you.I've been fighting my cravings by exercising when one hits,or like others said, treat yourself to manicure or pedicure(I do them myself , since I CAN'T afford them)A nice hot bubble bath, a chore you need to do.Check on line how much damage they'd do your diet,that sometimes serves to quash my cravings.Keep your mind busy with other activities, Writing (journal) , blogging, some craft you enjoy, and try not to reward your good eating behavior with food.Once and awhile, have a bit of what you like, But most times find substitutions.I do like a nice burger and fries once and awhile or ice cream with all the fixings,but not all at once, EVEN though I'D LOVE TO....
