I fix them on my George Foreman Grill and season with lemon pepper or Paula Deen's House Seasoning after I have sprayed with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray.
Once grilled I top with Pineapple Salsa. (Just jarred salsa with added pineapple tidbits). Yum!!
I also love fish tacos. While my fish filet is grilling I spread 1 laughing cow light swiss cheese wedge on a whole wheat tortilla. I add some cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots) and place my cooked fish filet on top when done. Top with salsa and fold. Yum!!

I am looking to add more lean protein sources to my diet and want to add fish once a week as one of my February goals. The problem is I'm not a big fish fan. What are some of your favorites? I'm looking for ones with a milder (less fishy) taste. Also what are your favorite cooking methods (not recipes so much)? I tend to grill or bake most of my stuff. I already love most shell fish and eat shrimp regularly.
