I read, or brush my teeth, I also think of late night tummy hungyness(sp) as little monsters in my tummy attacking the fat..(I know its weird but it works for me)
Also drinking a warm glass of water..its yuck, but stops the hunger
I usually get on the computer. But my kitchen closes at 6 every night. If I do get hungry and have to eat (after drinking water and waiting 15 min) I snack on carrots, celery and fruit. Hope that helps
I fell in love with the computer thru late night sleeplessness.
I try the hot milk ( with or without coca )
I try camamile tea
and then go onto the computer or craft. Guess where that led me --- into more sites on here.
Constant companionship and usually fellow putter people in pain themselves. Together we can!!!

Herbal tea. I find it very soothing. It's such a nice ritual.
