How many times do we beat ourselves up for eating to much or the wrong kinds of food? To many I can imagine. When we're down on ourselves, we are most likely to have continual slips. All we can try to do is wake up with a positive attitude and a willingness to do the things to help ourselves. Have a OP (on program) day and be happy.
