Hi - I weight myself about 4x per day.. way too much. Tomorrow, I am starting a once-a day plan where hopefully I can get to once per week.
My best friend - very slim - has her scale right out in her room and I think she would trip on it before she actually gets on. If we asked her today what she weighed she'd have no idea. I know to the 0.01 of a pound... hmmm.. and who has the weight problem?? Me, of course.
Gladys, I noticed that your starting weight is SO close to mine and so is your goal. I am excited to see below 200... this has gone on long enough.
