My name is Nellina and I just joined the sparkpeople website. I just happened to wonder across it and thought that I might try it out. So far the journey has been tough, trying to give up all of the junk food for the good food, but I'm making it. I tend to eat a lot when I'm bored or upset, or just want to eat, and I seem to not stop eating. I finally decided that I have had enough, and now I am trying to find my way to healthy again.
