Congrats on going to stage 3......I love yoga.....you could probably google it and see what comes up. I watch it on PBS......actually tape it....Priscilla's Yoga....it's on M, W, F....... 6:30 AM-7AM...eastern time. It has really helped my arthritic back!!!

I started doing Yoga and I have one DVD - I really love it. Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners
It has two short, about 20 minute, workouts. But there is a Pose Guide (about 45 minutes). They take you through many poses - so it is a workout itself. Great for beginners. I took a few classes in a Yoga studio by me and I really liked it - but they were way too expensive to do it long term for me.
I think you should give this a try. I bought it on Amazon. If you go to collagevideo.com they have lots of videos there and you can see previews of most.

Congratulations on moving to stage 3. I personally don't track everything all the time. Once in awhile I will use the food tracker but the way I see it, If I can't control my eating on my own I am just wasting my time. This is all about lifestyle changes and if I have to track to avoid eating it, then I am not changing but just abusing myself. On occassion if I feel I am over doing it on my intake I will fill in the food tracker and see where I am and how I am doing.

Well I finally put myself in stage 3 and I am excited as well as nervous. The fact that you only track food one day a week instead of all the time is a challenge I am really going to have to watch out for. I feel like the training wheels are coming off and I'm ready to start riding. I have been fortunate enough to have nice weather in Florida so I can still go out and do my walk/run every other day for an hour but that will be coming to an end and I will have to find some types of cardio inside that will allow me to burn the same amount of calories. I can't wait to get started. I am not a very limber person although I have gotten better then before, but I would like to find out about Yoga and beginner poses does anyone know what is a good site to look up for Yoga?. Thanks
