I don't know if this relates to what you are saying or not, but I just started tracking my exercise (8 days now) and see where I do it 30 minutes most days, (one day was 40 minutes) but the points awarded are so different. The 'view spark points' always says 20 minutes doing it, even though I do it 30 minutes, and the points awarded are different all the time. 2 days I got 6 points, 3 days 8 points, 1 day 12, 1 day 14 and one day 24 points. In from first day tracking, in order received, it was 8, 14, 6, 8, 8, 12, 24, 6. Anyone have any idea what is the reason?

Random but I added my SparkPoints and activity minutes to show up when I make a post. I've been keeping an eye on mine and others, and I realized that more often than not, the numbers are usually fairly close. Like someone who has 20,000 SparkPoints will have their fitness minutes in the 18-20K range. It's definitely not an exact science but my point is that I can tell when I've been slacking on my workouts because my SparkPoints become much higher than the fitness minutes. Has anyone else found this to be true? I need to get my butt in gear!!
