Mine used to be sugar free fudge pops. But I can't have the caffeine anymore from the chocolate so it's now peanut butter on cinnamon graham crackers. Vicki

I make a huge batch of veggie-fortified tabbouleh to fill up on. Luv hummus with a mini whole wheat pita. I usually go for protein (feel more satiated, e.g. chicken with a cilantro-mint yogurt dip, very tasty with sweet potatoes too). I can premake a wrap on a low carb pita or with lettuce and fill with sprouts, turkey bacon, laughing cow cheese, tomato, hummus, cucumber...whatever is on hand. sautee up tofu with zuchini in olive oil and curry powder and a pinch of ginger. lately i have been making soup on the weekend to have on hand when nibbly.
