I've been trying to try more whole grains that I'd never tried before. Not bad. Will take some getting accustomed to, but not bad overall.

18. Choose whole grains. Foods like brown rice, oats, whole wheat and barley are packed with fiber, antioxidants, and other nutrients. A diet rich in whole grains can help lower cholesterol and improve heart health.
19.Get screened. After age 20, you should get your cholesterol levels tested every five years. Discuss your results with your health care provider for recommendations.
