I saw a commercial for Carol Burnett TV shows on DVD and the commercial cracked me up (especially her as Scarlett O'Hara with a curtain rod on her shoulder) -- that might be one I'll have to check out further!

I agree on yoga and I miss it.
The comedies that really makes me laugh is "Home Alone" Home Alone 2 and Home Alone 3

Definitely Friends! lol that show makes me laugh so hard. Even if I'm having a bad day, it's somehow able to make me smile and laugh. Then of course, there's your actual real friends :) Nothing beats those!

Recent studies are showing that laughing may protect your heart by improving circulation and blood flow. Tell a joke, watch a comedy, or just laugh out loud. After all, heart health is serious business

Feb 16 - Practice yoga.
Research shows that yoga, like meditation, can reduce blood pressure, improve arterial elasticity, regulate heart rhythm, and increase the heart's efficiency. Try a class or video 1-3 times per week.
