it's kind of like knowing that the down-side to losing weight is that it's also taking you less calories to live......i think it's 10% calories you should lower for every 10 lbs lost? that's a lot..... and then cuz you weigh less, your body takes more work to burn up them calories......
of course, the plus side is that you weigh less!!
but it sure does get harder the lower you go, of course, you should feel so much better, that it should be easier to work harder?? i keep telling myself that!!
