Drink more water, push the veggies and up your exercise a bit first. Look at where you are in your cycle second. If the two suggestions don't work please alert your doctor. Please let us know and take it easy on yourself. Happy Holidays.
yeah my fitness calories went down as well, but I'm following what my stationary bike is showing of what calories I've burned. And my calorie range went down but since I modify it anyway, I still brought my total calories down for the day.

it's kind of like knowing that the down-side to losing weight is that it's also taking you less calories to live......i think it's 10% calories you should lower for every 10 lbs lost? that's a lot..... and then cuz you weigh less, your body takes more work to burn up them calories......
of course, the plus side is that you weigh less!!
but it sure does get harder the lower you go, of course, you should feel so much better, that it should be easier to work harder?? i keep telling myself that!!

It is called a plateau, it happens. If you are eating less than you should then you have to increase exercise. Every rung takes you higher. Also revisit what you are eating, when, where, and how. Aerobic exercise, toning exercise will not do you have to do muscle building things, weights, push ups, and so on.
So after I put in my weight last week, my calorie burned calculations went down. I knew that would happen. It's just slightly depressing to be working out the same (or even some more) and not burning as many calories.
Sigh. So, I suppose I'll just wait and see if I start losing less weight and then cut down on the calories I eat.
