That's right, don't quit! Never quit! Just try to stay with it. I know it's REALLY hard at times, but just think of when you reach your goal weight, how great you'll feel about yourself. Isn't it worth it? I think so!

Oh, honey, you lost 60, gained back 20--not 30 or 40! I know when my dear dad died last Sept. I just could not get my feelings under control and ate and ate and gained 20#--this is the most I have weighed and I am not pregnant! Just walk--away from that blasted kitchen that calls us and think good thoughts; I can, I will, I know I can!!!!!!! You will see those pesky pounds fall off!!!!!!YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!

Don't give up! You are still 40 lbs lighter than you were....Try changing your menu. When I find myself looking for something to eat, I am usually bored with my routine! If I change what I eat, I am more satisfied. For instance, for months now I've had a slice of deli turkey and a thin, thin slice of provolone cheese on whole grain bread for lunch. It wasn't holding me anymore, not because I was hungry, but because I was bored! Now I change it every few days and maybe have a salad, or a apple, banana, peanut butter sandwich....it works to keep me going and to reduce that aimless eating I am so good at!
Start using your nutrition tracker if you haven't been, drink your water, and make small changes to start exercising. Even small changes can add up. You can do it...
