Queenclaud and Jomama, seems you both got a decent amount of sleep and I'm happy for you both. I have made sleep my top health priority in the last month or so and duration and quality is rising. I got 8 hours, in shifts though, the last 3 nights. I've logged 5 hours thus far for this sleep cycle and will go back to bed soon. I am retired and not volunteering at a school this semester, so I can listen to and heed my body needs more completely. Shifts aren't recommended I know, but it seems to be the way I can get the sleep refreshment I need. emoticon

I got a new fitbit tracker and I guess I didn't sleep that well. It showed only 4 plus hours with 7 wake ups,, I guess that explains why I feel so tired! emoticon

Remember the journey will take time and does not happen without love and support and belief in yourself! And a little help from my SP friends!
