Exercising seems to be limited right now for me. I work at night and every shift cuts into 2 days. I get some walking in, but how do you count the reaching, bending, pushing and pulling that I do with patients? And how do you count the time? It's here and there when needed. I do have my days when I pack and lift boxes. I have my Ab Lounger, but I haven't yet made a habit of it and soon it will be packed away.
I'm hoping after I move and find a house I can tap on you guys to really get me going.
The other thing is - what happened at 50? My body has changed so much. No more sloughing off the pounds. They're like glue!
