Ya know when your tired and don't feel good you have no energy so we just don't care. Being over weight for me was the biggest problem I hurt so bad and walked like a duck. But since I have been here I am much better now but it took 1 and a half months to get any energy for me.
Exercising seems to be limited right now for me. I work at night and every shift cuts into 2 days. I get some walking in, but how do you count the reaching, bending, pushing and pulling that I do with patients? And how do you count the time? It's here and there when needed. I do have my days when I pack and lift boxes. I have my Ab Lounger, but I haven't yet made a habit of it and soon it will be packed away. I'm hoping after I move and find a house I can tap on you guys to really get me going. The other thing is - what happened at 50? My body has changed so much. No more sloughing off the pounds. They're like glue! Linda

I just read an e-mail from sparkpeople where you can burn as much as 650 calories in-line skating (far half an hour). WOW! Where I am it is 80 degrees and sunny and I can't even balance my body on in-line skates!
