i am a big culprit to this! I acnt help but nibble when im watching tv, so i try to stay busy. by either doing the housework, browsing the net, or picking up the phone, or maybe doing a bit of exercise, it aslways stops me, (well mst of the time) or brush your teeth just before heading to the cupboard or fridge, you dodnt want to disturb the minty feeling lol!
If all else fails, dont stock bad foods, and change into your pyjamas when you get in! Also a gooden!!

Final goal - 133Ib - much more happier me, no more dieting! Feeling accomplishment, what more can i ask?
