Hi Angels. Been really busy at work today, not with customers but with stuff I needed to do from yesterday and for tomorrow. I have to be at work early tomorrow for a teleconference too. Gotta love those things.

I gained 1/2 pound at TOPS last night. I'm back at on 1/4 pound inside of leeway. I have reset my goals on SP and I'm going to try to follow the plan. I sure hope I can figure this out soon.

Gotta Run. Later

SAS-You may have given your cat a complex!! Hope you find what you're looking for at the beach. What is flotsam and jetsam?

Hello Angels!

It looks like most of the country is having a heat wave this week. We're suppose to get to the low 90's the rest of the week. It was 82 degrees when I went for my walk this morning. We had a slight breeze today, so it wasn't too bad. After my walk, I went back to work, but my son stayed out there and cut the grass. He was drenched by the time he got done. I made sure he drank plenty of water before he hopped into the shower.

So, are there any Big Brother fans out there? I am so looking forward to July 12th when the 14th season begins. I'm a fanatic. I've saved a little money, so I can get the live feeds again. I have never missed a season and I've always gotten the live feeds.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Make it a healthy and active day!

Hugs,

Lainie

Man, my cat still won't talk to me lol. She runs away with her tail down lol. I was supposed to work until 9 last night and ended up working until midnight. We got up early today and are going to the beach to see if we can find any flotsam and jetsam from Japan. It is washing up on the beaches here. Then to work again tonight. I am pretty tired, but getting out into the sunshine will wake me up. It is going to be a gorgeous day here. Have a good day and stay cool.

Krys, I'm sure if I could bottle & patent those kids' energy, then there would be an endless line of people waiting for their bottle! LOL!

Yes, seems a lot of us do have to batttle the asthma. Mine does pretty good for the most part, I seem to have most of my issues if I catch a cold. I take singulair for preventative, it's made a world of difference since I've been taking that, no more emergency room visits since I've been on it about 15 years now. My dr says I should be the poster child for SINGULAIR. LOL!

Having my coffee & catching up on spark. Hoping for a lighter work day, maybe I can get some things accomplished instead of like the last 2 days of feeling like I was spinning my wheels..

Slept well, guess the cardio is like a sleeping aid for me, just knocks me right out! Never even heard DD come in from work last night. DH is working close by today, so we have a lunch date, going to K & W, will probably get one of my 2 ususals either the broiled fish or the grilled chicken with a side salad & a veggie.

I will definitely be careful, DonnaB. You do the same. I make my son go with me in case I have any problems.

Hope everyone has a great evening!

Lainie, just be careful with the walking in the heat. Then again whom am I to tell you that ----I also have asthma. We hit 90 degrees today. By the time I went walking after supper, it was still 86, thankfully that was just a slight breeze which helped somewhat.

Hello Angels!

Just got back from a walk around the long block with my son. It's 82 degrees, sunny, and no breeze. It was a little bit of a struggle for me. I have asthma and I have difficulty breathing in the heat and cold. It's not bad enough to have to use an inhaler, but it's a little bit of a struggle. I think it would be worse if I hadn't been walking for a while. I was planning on going a little earlier, but my son had to run to Office Max first. I don't like walking around the block on my own, especially with the heat. He's hoping to get a job there. The big boss is coming in on Thursday and will put him in the system then.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Make it a healthy and active day! Take care!

Hugs,

Lainie

Morning Angels. Another cloudy day. Supposed to get hot later this week, bring it on, I don't like being cold, especially when it's June and supposed to be warm.

Lots to catch up on being the first day back to work from vacation.

Later

SAS-Your post made me laugh, not for the cat but just imagining you doing that and your hubby's look. Priceless.

Lainie-I could see you doing your happy dance when Jr won. LOL

I sure hope today is not quite as hectic at work today as yesterday. Perhaps today will be a little less daunting. Oh well at least I have my walk to look forward to, I love my walks, it's a time to clear my mind of the day's stresses, besides it helps me sleep.

Not much going on here. Raining tonight, I really would love some sun. My cat got constipated
yesterday and badly impacted. Needless to say it was too late to call the vet, big tough hubby just looked at me and shook his head with a smile, so I got out the gloves and lube and went to work. Poor kitty. I got it out of her though lol. A call to the vet this morning and I am getting cat laxatives. Did not know they made such a thing. I went to check her hind end tonight when I got home from work and she growled at me lol. Smart cat.

Krys, I totally agree with your comment. I think Sr. would have been extremely angry. You must have been cracking up imagining me jumping up and down. It was a funny sight. lol

Donna B. - congratulations on being a Grandma again. They didn't waste any time! We just have the one and that's all there will be from the looks of things. Keeping fingers crossed and prayers going for your DD and hoping she is serious this time.

Marion - as always, your energy level is just amazing! The recipe sounds yummy - thanks for sharing!

Linnie - I had never heard that about nightshade veggies!

Donna - the camping trip and site seeing sound delightful! I think JJ did okay all things considering. They've had a lot of engine troubles this year. Was it last year that they had so many tire problems that Tony made nasty comments?

Lainie - I have this visual picture of you jumping up and down! Junior needed to win and quite appropriate for Father's Day I think. His dad would have been appalled as to how Teresa treated him, in my opinion.

Dot - good old Maine - freezing cold in winter and quite hot in the summer! So glad your strawberries are doing so well. One of my favorite fruits. I'm still wondering if they'll ever figure out a way to email this stuff! LOL I'll be first in line if they do!!

Hello All,

We had a very quiet Father's Day. Scott called his dad in Massachusetts and they talked a while and then his daughter called later on and they had a nice telephone conversation. The weather was really nice. It stayed in the middle 70's, and there was a slight wind. Today it is kind of cloudy and the temperature at 11:30 am is only 71. I think later in the week we will be getting really hot. It might get into the 90's too.

We were able to go and pick some of our strawberries. It is a new patch that we just put in last year and they are already producing nice berries. I am anxious to see what they might put out next year. We probably will still have to go and pick some from the farmers though. We like to freeze some so we can have strawberry shortcakes in the winter. It is just great.

Hope everyone will enjoy their day.

Best wishes to all!

Hello Angels!

Well, back to the old grindstone today. It shouldn't be as busy as last week. I did give up the new insurance agent that I started last week. It was just too stressful for me, because the leads were over 6 months old and I only was able to find 4 people interested. So, I'm just with my main job and still calling for the two agents who only want 2 appointments set 1 evening a week, which isn't stressful at all.

I plan on getting in some walking before it gets too hot outside. It's suppose to be a sunny day and the temp is suppose to get up to 88 degrees, which probably means higher. I want to walk around the block at least two times this morning.

Krys and Donna, I was so exited that Dale Jr. won yesterday. I was going crazy for the last 25 laps. I got in a lot of exercise. I was walking around the living room and kitchen. Then when he won I was jumping up and down and yelling. My son isn't interested in NASCAR and he kept telling me to calm down.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Make it a healthy and active day!

Hugs,

Lainie

Morning Angels. I have the day off today but have to run some errands. Just finishing up breakfast.

To catch everyone up from camping last week, we had rain Monday evening and off and on all day Tuesday so some of us decided to go shopping. The women went to the mall and the men went to Tractor Supply and Gander Mountain. Us women only made it to one store, Boscov's. It is all of ours favorite. I bought two tees and a 3/4 sleeve shirt, all on sale and also 2 boxes of Donut Shop K-cups for my Keurig, also on sale.

Wednesday all 16 of us loaded into 3 trucks and went to the Flight 93 Memorial. It's a wonderful tribute to some very brave souls. If anyone is ever in that part of PA you should go. We then had a late lunch then hunted up the Que Creek Mine, where they rescued the 9 miners in 2002. Not too much to look at, just the mine shafts and 9 trees that were planted in honor of them and one great oak in the middle of them. Then is was back to the campground for supper.

Thursday we spent the day at the campground. In the afternoon, 8 of us rented either a canoe or paddle boat for an hour. DH and I had a canoe. I wore my swimsuit so after our ride, I went in for a swim. The water was cold on the back but after I was in it felt good. Thursday evening after supper we had a meeting and it was decided to leave the campground after breakfast and stop at Old Bedford Village on the way home on Friday. Old Bedford Village is a 17 and 18 hundreds walking attraction with houses and shops that show how things were done back then. Very interesting. We arrived back home about 4:50pm.

Saturday we had plans to go to Red Lobster for lunch and we did. I had the broiled seafood platter, a salad, steamed broccoli and a biscuit. We were there for 2 hours. When we got home, there had been a phone call from our oldest DGD asking us to a picnic. We hadn't planned on it but we went. I didn't eat too much there as I was still full from lunch.

Yesterday we went to church then took a drive to try and find a campground we hadn't heard of before. We found it and may go there the end of July, we'll see.

Well, guess I'd better get off here and get busy. TTFN!

DonnaB-Congrats on going to be grandparents again. I know what she's in for as I had my last 2 six days less than a year apart. It WILL be a lot of work.

Lainie-I was kind of rooting for Jr. to win. It's been a long time for him and since he won, that means that JG or JJ didn't win. Sorry Krys. LOL

I agree, Audrey is a handful right now since she is still so small & our son was laid off from work for several months. They both are now working & trying to get back on their feet.

Had a nice afternoon with DH. Tonight his daughter & her son & DH are coming over over supper, think I will pickup a rotisserie chicken & make a salad & maybe potato salad. Probably won't get my cardio done since they usually don't leave til around 8 & our bedtime is by 930.

Those babies will barely be a year apart. That is a lot of work lol. I sounds like your daughter is realizing that it is time to be responsible. Good for her. It is a hard switch for them. I knew what fiddleheads were. I used to go into the woods with my grandma and pick them. They grow in abundance all around here. I think they are nasty lol. Rather bitter. And buggy if you are not careful. And I do not need the extra protein lol. I ache all over and a lady told me tonight at the store that nightshade veggies will make your body ache. Eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes are all members of the nightshade family. I ate a baked potato last night and I wonder if that is why I am so achy. I did work out pretty good yesterday and worked today, but this is a different kind of ache. It will be interesting to find out for sure.

Horse picture is posted.
No the poem was written by anonymous hmmmm me? LOL

And again another very busy day of accomplishments!
My "cardio" today was to pull out all the furniture away from the walls in the living room and sweep and scrub and dust. From there I did the same in the kitchen plus cleaned out and re-organized the cupboard beneath the sink.
Then I made Eggplant roll ups for dinner

2 large eggplants, peeled and sliced lengthwise 1/2 inch thick
2-3 tbsp water
2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
12 oz baby spinach
1/2 lb Baby Shrimp
a dozen fiddleheads
6 Large mushrooms chopped

1 tbsp no-salt seasoning, Mrs Dash Herb & Garlic, Hot & Spicy, adjusted to taste
2 cups no salt added or low-sodium pasta sauce, or medium Salsa
8 oz non-dairy mozzarella-type cheese,

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly oil a non-stick baking pan. Arrange peeled and sliced eggplant in a single layer on the pan. Bake about 20 minutes or until eggplant is flexible enough to roll up easily. Set aside.

Heat 6 tablespoons water in a large pan, add the 2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 medium red onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
12 oz baby spinach
1/2 lb Baby Shrimp
a dozen fiddleheads
6 Large mushrooms chopped
saute until just tender, adding more water if needed. Add the spinach and seasoning and cook until spinach is wilted.

Transfer to a mixing bowl. Mix in 1/2 of the pasta sauce/salsa and all of the shredded cheese. Spread about 1/4 cup of the pasta sauce in a baking pan. Put some of the vegetable mixture on each eggplant slice, roll up and place in the pan. Pour the remaining sauce over the eggplant rolls. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until heated through.

DELICIOUS!

Krys, I wish you were right about SIL, honestly, he has no interest in church or anything related to. He & DD were having issues this weekend, but then again, when aren't they?
Well the troubled DD got a job finally, she starts tomorrow working at a convenience store with a grill. I guess she's realizing she needs to do something since she has her final 3 court dates approaching which means lots of fines will be due. I just hope she's serious about turning her life around, for good.

After dinner & cardio, I'm relaxing with DH watching TV while sparking. His DD is coming over for a visit, so we will get to see our precious Levi. Oh almost forgot, we are going to be grandparents again, Audrey's(our newest grandchild who is 3 months old) parents just learned they will be parents again. This will make 6 for us.

Donna B - nice to hear about DD! Prayers still going up though. Your SIL probably stayed away on purpose! LOL Enjoy your walk!

Marion - you did find some good bargains. I'll be looking for those horse pictures soon. Love that Father's Day poem! Did you write it?

IMAGINGPRO - how's your weather these days?

Lainie - congrats to Junior! Engine trouble seemed to be the theme of the day. What did you think of the new Dallas tv show? I watched it and still not too sure.

Marion, I love greens of all types so I'm sure fiddle heads would be great too, but don't know if they grow around here. I remember as a child I hated any kind of green, but now love them, especially with hot pepper vinegar.

Had a great meal with DH, now we are heading home. Need to finish catching up laundry tonight as well as getting in my walk. It's too lovely of a day to spend couped up inside. emoticon

Hello Angels!

Happy Father's Day!! Hope everyone is having a great day with the dads in their lives. My dad died in 1982, but I've been remembering all the fun times we had together today.

The race is finally starting after a rain delay. Go Dale Jr.!!!

I'm doing a couple of loads of laundry and just taking it easy today. After the race, I'm going to watch Dallas. I recorded it the other night. I watched it many years ago. I'm wanting to see how the new Dallas is and whether I want to watch it. Of course, all my favorite shows are in re-runs, so it will be nice to watch something that's not a re-run.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Take care and make it a healthy day!

Hugs,

Lainie

And so, He called it ... Dad

Thanks for the well wishes Dot. Hope you have a great day.

DH delivered a powerful sermon for father's, what we need in this world is more father's willing to take a stand & lead their families & take on a more active role with their children. Too bad my one SIL wasn't there, he really needed to hear this, if it would sink it.

Heading home to get changed into more comfy attire & then off to visit Ken @ the hospital & have prayer with him, he's scheduled for his stents to be put in tomorrow.
Then will have a quiet afternoon with DH, his favorite meal ---steak.

Marion, I am happy that you got all that shopping and walking done ahead of schedule. What a busy day. I am anxious to see the picture of the horses. They are so beautiful. Hope you enjoy all your veggies, and fruits.

Donna, I am glad that you were able to get a good nights sleep after having such a busy day. I know that you love being busy. Hope your husband has a good Father's Day.

What an awesomely fun day Marion. But what are fiddle - heads?

I had a good night's sleep, guess all the cleaning & walking really helped zonk me out! Up & heading to church with DH, later I'm treating him to a Father's Day Dinner @ LongHorn Steakhouse. So far he's heard from 2 of our daughter's, actually the 1st one was the one that is giving us so much trouble right now. She's a good kid at heart but just can't seem to cut ties with all the negative influences in the world.

I got my walk in today too and far earlier than the norm! We were out the door at 7:30, back by 9:30 had our breakfast and were ready and on our way to Stettler by 11. Found some real steals on sales too!
Mushrooms 200 gram pkg 1.00 each Tomatoes on the vine 1.00/lb 540 gram cans of beans; black, red, white kidney, and blended 1.00/can, romaine hearts 3/2.49, zucchini 1.00/lb Greek Yogurt 3.99 with a coupon for 1.00 off. bought 2! Cherries 2.99/lb grapes red and green 1.00/lb, and so many more! Inducing fiddle heads.
Then on the way home we caught pictures of a family of horses mama, pap, and baby running through the water! Gorgeous. Once Joyce has them loaded and edited I'll snitch one for my photo album!
Have had my dinner; fiddle-heads, asparagus, mushrooms bamboo shoots and pumpkin seeds sauteed in vegetable broth, Mrs Dash Herb and garlic. Now Walt is watching an animated movie of the Avengers while I fill in my day here.

I've been a busy bee today, got the house all cleaned & smelling so fresh. DD came over & even helped with some of the cleaning & she even washed my truck for me. It was nice having her helping, it was like old times. She says she is trying to clean up her life & is not going to hang around those twins that I always felt like were negative influences. Only time will tell, praying for her still, God does what man says is impossible.

Had a healthy supper that even my DH approved of, he even said we should have this more often ----really is that my DH that said that? We had grilled salmon, pinto beans, steamed cabbage & onions, cantelope & cucumbers.

I even found time after supper for my evening walk, it was such a pretty evening to enjoy the time outdoors. Now resting before heading off to bed, a busy day tomorrow with church, back to the hospital to make a visit & then taking my DH out to celebrate Father's Day.

Donna - did the Father's Day dinner go well?

Donna B. - there used to be a Bon Appetit in Boston that had wonderful seafood!

Teri - so nice to hear from you again! Time management is hard for many of us!

Dot - we are happy to hear from you but not glad that the leg is still not all well. Please do keep us posted on what the dr. finds out!

Lainie - sounds like you had a busy morning with all that shopping. I, also, like blueberries but have to buy in grocery store. I'm sure they taste much better off the vine. You ready for the race tomorrow - they were VERY fast at qualifying.

I went and tanned this morning and while waiting for my hair appointment I visited the Mexican bakery next door to the salon. BIG MISTAKE!!! They had custard filled croissants. I still feel sick from eating one lol. Never again. It was good, but I feel like crap now. Tuna sandwich for lunch and lots of water to flush that sugar out. It is hot here today. I have all the doors and windows open for the fresh air to flow through the house and get out the wintertime, closed up smell. I did not go to the Farmer's Market here today. I have a fridge full of produce, so didn't
need to go. I want to get my walk in later today since I missed it this morning.
Teri, my grandma always told me that if you need more time in the day, put the kids to bed a half hour earlier than normal, do your housework after they are in bed, then get up one hour earlier yourself and do what you need to do. Your days will not be rushed, you will have time for yourself, and you get stuff done without being interrupted. It always worked for me. Pencil in a daily walk on your to do list and stick to it. You will get your exercise in that way. I really like walking for exercise. I always feel much better after I get my walk in.
Wendy, what are you doing next Saturday? It is the June Dairy Parade and the first day of the rodeo. If you want to go, let me know. I will get us tickets for the rodeo. I have the day off.

The best thing for the inside of a woman is the outside of a horse. SADDLE UP AND RIDE!!!

Good to see you on the chat Dot & Terri. Just take it one step @ a time & do what you can. I'm learning that even the smallest of change does make a difference.

Lainie, that sounds like a pretty good size farmer's market. Ours is just a road size stand with various goods, but man was it packed this morning, I guess lots of people were getting vittles for tomorrow.
Had a good visit with our church member. The nurse was taking him for a walk when we got there, he actually looked a little better after his walk. Supposedly the plan is to do the stent placement on Monday, praying this goes well & he soon recovers.

Had french toast with bacon & fresh seasonal fruit for breakfast. I'm pleased with my choice, normally I have scrambled eggs, toast, bacon & grits,----definitely too much carbs for that option.

We got some fresh fruits & tomatoes & cukes today @ the farmer's market. i didn get the normal veggies of potatoes, corn, squash since we don't get to cook much during the week & will will be going out for Father's Day tomorrow. Didn't want to risk the veggies spoiiling.

Heading home to get some housecleaning done & also so walking later. Supper will be grilled salmon, pinto beans & steamed cabbage.

Hello Angels!

We went to the Farmer's Market this morning. I had to stop at my favorite booth first where I got two bunches of rainbow carrots, fingerling potatoes, and a very little watermelon. Next stop, I bought some vine ripe tomatoes and a couple of peppers. My son wanted to add to our blueberry bushes, so we bought two more. They have a ton of blueberries on them that still need to ripen up. I love blueberries. We are keeping them in the tubs, because we will be moving next year and I want to take them with us. I stayed away from the sweets and jams and jellies, but I did get a bag of kettle corn.

I got in a lot of walking there. We parked farther away than we usually do. My son was probably regretting that since he had to carry both blueberry plants. We made it to the car without losing any blueberries. Yay!

I'm home now confirming the appointments for our 12:00 p.m. webinar. We only have 4 appointments and my first round of calling I had to leave messages. I usually do 3 rounds of calling. I have less than 10 minutes to my next round. I was hoping to get it all done right away. After I get done, we will be going shopping for a few things. I did the majority of my shopping yesterday. I'm trying to get in as much walking as possible. I have my trusty pedometer on.

I want to congratulation everyone who has lost weight this week and gotten down to another size. That's awesome!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!! Make it a healthy and active day!!

Hugs,

Lainie

Hello All,

I am really sorry that I can't read all the posts. I have been away for a long while. I do however want to let you all know that I do care about what is going on with you all. I know it is hard to deal with things that are going bad. I am going to say prayers for you all that thing will get better soon.

Marion, I hope that all of your renovations are coming along fine. Keep up the good work.

I myself am still having a hard time with my leg and foot. I am still going to the Wound Center every week. The doctor is really puzzled about what is going on with it. He might have me get a CT scan or a Bone Scan to see if there isn't something else going on that the culture didn't show. The doctor told me on Wednesday, to try and stay off of it and keep it elevated. He also wants me to wear the half open-toed shoe until the Orthodox place can do something with the orthopedic shoe and the insert that fits into my left shoe. That won't be ready until next Thursday. I have to go back to the Wound Center on Wednesday.

I will try to keep you all informed to what is going on with me. I am really frustrated with my leg and foot. It just has been so long to deal with it.

I really do appreciate all the prayers and well wishes that you all give to me. Thank You!

I want to wish all the husbands and father's a very Happy Father's Day.

Hope everyone will be able to enjoy their day.

Best wishes to all!

Hi Everyone
Really missed sparking and chatting with this team. I will try to get on more regular now that I have to come first. I am up to my heaviest weight ever this last year has been a hard one for me emotionally and staying so busy and putting other things in front of myself.
I want to lose some weight before my cruise in September but have to start getting my regular exercising in also. Next week I am really going to start focusing on aquafit and tracking my food. They stop for the summer but for the month of June I was doing yoga and osteofit once a week. I have had the kids a lot on the weekends so then cleaning up after they go home cuts into my week and aquafit because I want to get stuff done around the house. So time management is going to be important to me now. I found a great time management website Flylady.net it isn't for everyone but check it out even just reading some of her stuff is fun. I haven't really joined into her routine yet and may never follow it completely but just putting some of her ideas to use will really save time for other things.
Better go eat breakfast and start the day it will be over before it starts by the looks of the time. Have a great weekend. Teri

STAY POSITIVE AND SMILE. DON'T BE DISCOURAGED WHEN YOU HAVE A BAD DAY. THEY CAN ONLY GET BETTER.

Donna ---I remember those days of camping iwth the family. Seems we never have much time to do that now.

Krys, we go to a local diner called Bon Appetit, it's awesome, they also do a lot of catering as well for special events. I've never had a bad meal there, food & service is impeccable & the price is reasonable.

I had a good night's sleep, so well in fact a friend of DD's called looking for her & I told her she wasn't home, never even heard her come in during the night. Heading to the hospital now to visit our church member, he's been in the hospital for over a week due to a heart attack. He was supposed to have a quadruople bypass last week, but due to the condition of his heart cavity, they could only do one of the bypasses. Once they get him strong enough, they will do stents in the other arteries.
Then off to breakfast, the produce mart & shipping store to send some packages to a dear friend & her children

Hi Angels. I'm back home from camping. We had a great time but the cell phone service was very spotty and internet was non-existent unless you were in an open field, too many trees.

Much to do and we are meeting my DIL, step son, DGD and DILs parents at Red Lobster at 1pm to celebrate her BD which was the 14th and Father's Day so have to get moving.

Later.

No time to read all the many posts. I may get to tomorrow. Sorry

Donna

Lainie - glad you had a good day and tomorrow should be restful as well. I had a busy day from having blood work to grocery shopping, to ironing to seeing a movie. Got a walk and some swim time as well. Should sleep well! LOL Sounds like your newest employer wasn't quite telling you the truth!

Marion - emoticon on the drop in clothes size! Always a wonderful feeling!!! Your sister is probably jealous over all your weight loss, don't you think?

Linnie - the headache does NOT surprise me, so glad she's feeling mostly okay.

Donna B. - congrats to you too for losing another pound! That is great - with luck it is contagious on this thread! LOL Where are you going (gone) to breakfast?

Whew, what a day! Very stressful & super busy. I ended up working til 6, although I'm supposed to get off @ 430. Such is the life of working in an insurance agency.
DH actually beat me home for a change, he cooked chicken & rice, oh so yummy, not the healthiest option but at least it was a warm meal that I didn't have to cook since I ended up not getting home til after 7.,

Tomorrow we will be going out for breakfast, then off to the produce market & I need to stop by walmart or target to pickup a few things.

It's an emoticon feeling! Thank you
It's been a miserable day here. It started raining late last evening and rained all through the night up until about an hour ago! Everything is SOAKED! We weren't able to go for our 2 hour walk and Joyce is royally miffed and has been all day! OOOOH she's been in an ugly. To top it off we were suppose to go to Stettler today and do the grocery shopping etc but the roads weren't travel worthy Walt didn't want me going because the roads were TOO wet! So she was miffed about that too. But we so needed the rain We got almost four inches! Everything is fresh and lush and green in the bright sunshine now!
Me I took it in stride went around town ran my errands paid a few bills came home tidied the house had lunch and am sitting watching a movie called Mirrors

Hello Angels!!

T.G.I.F. I am so glad it's Friday. I'm ready for the weekend. It's been a busy week. I think I'm going to drop the newest insurance agent. The people he has me calling are telling me that they never asked for the information. I'm so stressed trying to set up appointments for him. I really don't have the time for him. I'm going to let my friend know today. The other agents are part time and easier for me.

I was able to get out for another walk this morning. It's a sunny day and 79 degrees right now. It's suppose to get up to 86 today. I'm hoping to get back out for another walk later today.

Hope everyone is having a great day! Make it a healthy day!

Hugs,

Lainie

emoticon emoticon Do the happy dance woo hoo, down one, a few more to go, getting fewer all the time. It feels so rewarding to see the scale drop. Off to a very busy day at work. Not wanting to go at all, but have tomorrow off. I need to call and make an appointment to get my hair trimmed and the roots covered.

Congrats on being able to get rid of you 18s, isn't that an awesome feeling! Way to go on getting into your smaller size.

Way to go on the size 16. Isn't it just a good feeling. Do a happy dance, I did. I walked four miles today then went to work and put in a full 8 hours, plus some overtime, and have to be back in tomorrow morning at 9. I am beat, going to eat, shower and hit the bed. My daughter is feeling better, but her is eye is now swelled shut and she has a horrid headache. She is going to be ok though, thankfully.

Renovations my friend renovations. I pulled everything apart this morning or at least got started on it and swept and scrubbed walls and floors then went for my 2 hour walk came home had my stuffed vegetable tortilla and went back at it. The cleaning is done and I also fixed; filled in all the scratches on the bed with wood filler sanded that down and then put a coast of fresh stain on the bed! Looks like new. I also found the time to stain the mini stairs the matching colour Walt made them quite some time ago so that the puppies could get up on the bed into their beds at night.
AND THEN.........I cleaned out my closet, dug out all my size smaller jeans and started trying them on! There were 10 pair altogether all size 16 and one pair of 12. I passed on my size 18s to my sister today! I AM OFFICIALLY A SIZE 16! I HAVEN'T BEEN SIZE 16 IN 20 YEARS!
Made the eggplant roll ups for dinner tonight LOVED it!

Krys, it was a good day. I went walking in the morning. I had a 45 minute nap in the afternoon. I also took a little break when I fixed supper. Most of the time, I am running back and forth from the kitchen to the phone every couple of minutes. This time I actually took time to eat without calling in between bites. Tomorrow should be a good day too. Hope your day was great as well. Take care!

Hello Angels!

Finally, no rain in the forecast today, although it is partly cloudy. It's going to be another scorcher, but I'm still going to get out there and walk in a little bit. The last couple of days I've been walking it was 81 degrees and I was able to handle that. Right now, I'm waiting for my son to get up for the day so we can walk together. Hopefully, he will get up soon so we can walk before it gets to hot.

Today, won't be too bad working. No conference calls to interrupt the day. I won't be calling for the insurance agents today either. I will actually be taking a little break for a nap today. These are days that I love.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Make it a healthy day!

Hugs,

Lainie

And how's everyone and every little thing this morning?
The sun is shinning and we have very cool breezes this morning. And I slept in! Up normally at 5-5:30 and I woke up with a jolt to the gonging of my old grandfather clock striking the seventh hour! Yikes! Rushed around to get everything ready for Walt to leave at 7:30! Did it.
So no I am going to have my breakfast with my morning coffee and at the top of the hour head out the door or my morning 2 hour walk/jog.
I Will be back popping in and out throughout the day but today I'm tearing apart the bedroom to get it ready for renos!
So, everyone TTFN and I'll be back later Have a great great day!

Didn't get my cardio tonight. I forget to plan supper for tonight, guess that was the breaks for being so tired when I got up this morning. So we opted for Subway since DH was getting in late. DD also popped by, she was an emotional wreck. She needed to get some clothes, said her best friend who is like a sister to her is having some family issues right now.

Oh my goodness, I'm glad your daughter is going to be ok. How frightening for your family. I agree kids today seem to have very little respect or regard for another's persons life. Hopefully while the EX is fullfulling her sentence she can get some much needed help.

I called my dr's office, actually they mailed the A1C results seperately yesterday, do I will probably get the paper copy tomorrow. But the nurse did give me my results.....a decrease from November's of 7.9 (really bad) to 6.9 ...wow dropped a whole point!!! Yayy me, my goal is to have it down to 6.0 by December when the labs are rechecked.

I know it's just terrible these days. Every day you read about people getting beat up and killed. What has our society come to??? I sure wish we would go back to when I was a kid. Life was so much more pleasant.

I am thinking that once the DA looks at the evidence, the texts and the pictures, she will have more charges. Scary stuff. What is wrong with kids these days? I know she comes from a wealthy family and is spoiled rotten, but really? I would never had hit somebody with a fist, much less a hammer.

Hello Angels!

For a little while yesterday, the sun was out. I got in one walk around the block. Shortly after that, it started raining again. The the sun came out again. My son was able to cut the grass later in the afternoon after it dried up a bit. I didn't go for another walk outside because it reached 90 degrees. Just too hot for me.

Today it's partly cloudy. I just got back from a walk around the block and I am sweating a blue streak. It's currently in the low 80's and will get up to the 90's again today. They are calling for thunderstorms later in the day. I would like to go for one more walk before noon.

For one of my challenges today, I will do either a WATP workout or a Richard Simmons' workout. I have done either in a while. Need to get back to doing them since it's so hot outside.

Sasik, that is horrible! I pray that she heals fast.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!! Make it a healthy and active day!

Hugs,

Lainie

Whhooooof! Frightening stuff SASIK!
Instead of physically stepping in she should have called the police or at the very least taken reinforcements with her She's very very lucky to have escaped with just the cut and stitches! It could have been her life! A claw hammer to the head?! Certainly glad that she is going to e ok!

We went and looked at the house, it needs a new roof badly and so does the shop, and she is not willing to come down on her price, so I think it is a no go. My daughter called me last night from an ambulance on her way to the hospital. Her brother called her asking for help, she got over there, his girlfriend was in a mad frenzy, she was hitting him, Lianne stepped between them and told her to calm down and she nailed Lianne in the head with a claw hammer, using the claw part. She has fifteen stitches from her forehead down to her eyelid, and stitches inside as well. She is lucky to still have her eye. Ashley, the girlfriend, had been texting her, telling her that she was going to kill her, so the police took all those texts as evidence. She is sitting in jail with a measure 11 charge, which means she will get seven and a half years in prison with no time off. Measure 11 was passed several years ago here, and you get charged with that if you cause bodily damage to another. She is only 23 and has a 7 month old baby boy. The girl needs help and prayer. I feel sorry for her, but she really made an awful decision when she took the hammer to Lianne. My goodness, these kids will be the end of me yet.

It's still raining lightly, I thought we were done with the rain, think I need to invest in an ark at this rate. I guess our drought should be taken care of. emoticon

Getting this day started, need to call my dr's office as soon as they open to find out what the deal is with the A1C to see I need more labs done or if she just wants me to wait til my December appointment. Also need to reschedule my GYN appt for my colposcopy, wasn't thinking & scheduled it late afternoon on one of our Bible School nights, so that won't work out well.

This heat is really tested my patience. I was fine at work but when I got home it was "Get out of my face get out of my space." And even as hot as it was I took my space I went outdoors and cut the lawns, trimmed everything, swept and raked it all up. Took me two full hours. A little calmer afterwards. No appetite either. But I have been slurping on the hugest glass of ice water and now iced pomegranate/blueberry juice and watching Britain's Diamond Jubilee. Once it's over I'm heading for bed.

Too funny, I totally forgot I had went to see the dentist today. Actually, he's not too concerned, he said based on the exam & the xrays, his diagnosis is that when I chomped on the almost I bruised the tooth & nerve area. So he's having me chew on opposite sides for a couple of weeks then gradually start chewing on the affecting area to see if there is more pain. If so, he says we may need to smooth the surface a bit to help with any alignment issues.

Lainie - well sort of like training! LOL We've been having major wet weather as well. You can literally see the grass grow! DH is waiting for it to dry out some before he cuts it as well.

Donna B. - good for you and getting that walk in!! Hope all goes well with the dentist. I'm glad the cholesterol is in a good range. I have blood work done this coming Friday!

Marion - I know what you mean. It took me two years of fast talking to get my mother to move here in the same town as us. Now that she is 86, she is glad she is not trying to cope with everything by herself. Your dad is the brave one taking up cooking! Guess its his turn.

Kathy - glad to hear you are using such a high weight of spf! Make sure it covers both types of UV rays as well, please!

Lois - so glad someone is having nice cool, dry weather. Hot and muggy is not my favorite combination down here!

I think I need to order an ark! It's been raining ALL day long, I'm so in need of some sunshine. Lois, think you can send some of that beautiful sunshine to NC??? LOL!

Busy day at work, one of my coworkers was out, her son has the gastrointestinal virus, poor fella had to miss Bible school last night. Hopefully the little guy is feeling better, miss having all of us together, we all get along so well, seems off kilter when any one of us is out.

I got my lab results in the mail today, not exactly what I was looking for. It appears the A1C wasn't even done as it's not listed. So I guess I will call the nurse tomorrow to see if by change it just didn't get listed on the report. One good thing I noticed is my cholesterol levels have greatly improved. I plan on blogging about my labs later.

Hello Angels!

Busy as usual with work. During one of my breaks today, I was able to go for around the block. We had rain this morning, so I didn't think it would be possible. They are still calling for thunderstorms this afternoon. I just hope our electricity doesn't go out again like yesterday. I might be able to get out again in a little bit. We have had so much rain the last few weeks. The grass is really growing, but it's too weight to cut. Hopefully, this weekend will be better.

Hope everyone is having a great day! Make it a healthy day!

Hugs,

Lainie

2 hours You're lucky Mine are 2 days travel and almost 6 hours away even by air. It wouldn't seem quite so far away if they could afford internet and we could visit virtually every day online. If I could afford to I'd pay it for them a year at a time so that they wouldn't have to worry about it. But I must be thankful for small things in that all it is right now is meal preparations. Their health isn't bad at all for their age. They are still both quite spry Dad actually did a jig at Christmas to my niece Faith's fiddle It was quite a lively tune As Porthos on the three musketeers "Oh I'm inspired to dance"

Good for your dad wanting to make healthy dishes, who knows he may become the next gourmet chef for healthy eating. I know what you mean about wishing you could help more. My parents are 2 hours away & are for now doing ok. Daddy is battling diabetes which seems ok now, hopefully no more hospitalizations in the future. Mom has her lupus, fibromyalgia & IBS. She has quit work to stay home & care for daddy because he was having so many health problems & had hospitalizations about ever 3-4 months for the past couple of years.

I have to go see my dentist the morning, having some pressure sensitivity to the crown he put in last year, hope no real issues going on there.
I'm working til 5 today, then afterwards meeting a coworker at the park for a walk. Thank goodness we had leftovers from dinner last night so that will be a quick meal to prepare, you know microwaves are a timesaver! LOL!

Way to much to catch up on!
I've had a very full day myself the sun broke through and warmed up So I abandoned my inside project long enough to go and spring clean the back yard and pitch and toss the rest of the stuff out to the curb for pick up. Then came back in and finished my indoor projects of doing the same thing Went through the rear entrance and the master bedroom 2 rooms completed!
Tomorrow of course I'm off to the paper for about 3-4 hours. Today I'm tired just thinking about it!

Called my folks yesterday They are doing alright except their age is starting to catch up with them. Mom doesn't want to cook any more so dad's become chief cook and bottle washer. So he was asking about different thing s he could make up to do differently and more healthy. So I sent off an e-mail to my sister down at that end and gave her the recipes he had asked for. Going to try doing some batch cooking a week at a time so that he doesn't have to cook quite as much.
My sister Kathy is going to help them by going and picking up the things they need and then take one day a week to cook up different meals; soups stews, casseroles etc.
I hate this living so far away. I'd be there every day Breakfast and lunch aren't the issue It's dinner time.
They are not to the point where they need someone to check in on them every day it's just the cooking. And yes I gave him Dr Fuhrman recipes! LOL It's what he asked for Trying to stay as healthy as possible and even try to lose a few extra pounds they don't need to be carrying around in their 70's now. Still breaks my heart I can't be there the way I'd like to be!

Yes one can hope that this young man can play a positive role in DD's life. He graduated high school today at the age of 20, at least he finished. He's supposed to be going into the military as well.

Had a good day, not a typical stressful Monday at the office, then ended up walking 52 minutes before supper. It was a really nice afternoon with a slight breeze. There were 2 elderly gentlemen & as well as a couple from across the stress also out walking. It's nice to know other's are taking steps to take care of their own health.

Krys, the conference call is more like role playing calls and going over objections we get on the calls. Plus, if there is any news with the company, they share it on the conference call.

Donna B. - maybe this nice young man can bring her back to reality. One can always hope!

Linnie - hope your vacation is wonderful. You won't be near any of those wildfires I keep hearing about I hope?

Lainie - what is the conference call in regards to? Training?

Dot - continue to improve and getting better! Strawberries sound good, is there ant control you can do?

Kathy - the best kind of exercise is the kind that is fun. Just be careful not to get too much sun and, of course, you are using sun screen, right?????

Lois - sorry for all those losses. Time makes them more bearable but never forgotten. Babies are so much fun.

Good Afternoon Team! Here we are at a Monday - where does the time go? At least it has cooled off somewhat today. - had a very hot Sunday and a very stormy evening. Had a good weekend - coffee group met at one of the gal's home. Plus most of our group we have two little baby girls (only 10 days) apart in attendance. Needless to say we didn't solve any earth shaking problems, but sure enjoyed the babies. Sunday, June 10, - it was 41 years to the day that my husband had his first heart attack and passed on July10th. In those days they didn't have all the bells and whistle that we have now. It has been a while, but certainly days do bring back memories as times past. Also, I attended a funeral on Sunday for one of the ladies in our building book club group. It was very sudden - she was a lovely lady and will be missed. We had another resident died this past week - I hope that will be enough for the time being - in the last two weeks I had lost 7 friends, cousin, and neighbors.

Sending prayers and good vibes to all - stay cool/warm/dry wherever you are and especially stay safe. emoticon emoticon

Hello All,

I want to thank everyone for all their well wishes and prayers while I was in the hospital. I am home now but won't get the results from the EEG until next month when I go and see the doctor. I am very anxious to find out if there was anything that can be treated so it doesn't happen again. It is really scary.

I hope that everyone is doing ok. My leg is about the same. The culture and xray came back negative which was really good news. I am still on the antibiotics though. I think they will run out sometime next week. I hope that when I am off of them that my leg doesn't start to act up again like it did this time. I will be very happy when it all goes away. I have to go back to the Wound Center on Wednesday. Will keep you all posted.

Our weather is nice now. No more rain for a couple of days. We are suppose to be getting some more rain on Wednesday and Thursday, and then it is suppose to clear up again. It looks like next weekend is suppose to be nice too.

Our strawberries are starting to ripen now. I think that they will do really good for being the first year. We found that if they hit the ground the ants get them. I hope that they won't be a big problem for them.

Hope everyone enjoys their day.

Best wishes to all!

Just stopping by quickly to say hi. I have a busy day. I just starting calling for another insurance agent. So, I am calling for my first job and confirming appointments and will be taking breaks in the morning, afternoon, and evening to call for the insurance guy. I started work at 9:15 a.m. and probably won't stop until 9:30 p.m. I will take little breaks throughout the day and we have a conference call this afternoon that we don't get paid for. That takes the place of a nap. I'm already tired thinking about it. Anyway, this will be the norm for me Monday through Friday now.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!! Make it a healthy one!

Hugs,

Lainie

Linnie thanks for your prayers, that's about all I know to do at this point. She's legally an adult & thinks she can take care of herself even though she is still dependent on others for food & shelter. Just pray that she stays safe & healthy.

Tired & got a headache already. Didn't get much sleep last night, got to bed later than had wanted to & then just a typical restless Sunday night. Hope the day moves quickly.

Way to go Becky!!!! I hate those plateaus, it seems like you are never going to get through them and than it happens. My thumb is so sore tonight, the stitches come out tomorrow, but I wonder why it is hurting so bad. I used it a lot at work today, but it should not be this sore. Oh well, I will live. Thank you for the compliment Donna. I am still praying for your daughter. I really am looking forward to my vacation. It is a long drive, but one I enjoy. I like driving through the Blue Mountains into Eastern Oregon. I just love it there. And the smell of the juniper in the desert. It is so refreshing.

Krys, I think in general my life is just hectic all the time. If it wasn't I would figure something was wrong. LOL! We watched the movie Courageous tonight, it was awesome. I know it was a movie about the role of father's but I believe we as mother's can benefit from the lessons learned as well.
DD is still hanging with friends. She pops in when she needs a shower or is looking for food. Usually she does this when we aren't home. She did bring this fella by the other night that she seems to think she is going to marry, but his expression did share the same story. He seemed like a really nice young man, manners, well dressed, polite ----honestly I don't see them sticking together, he's not the type she normally hangs with, he just seems to good for her if you know what I mean.

Donna B. - Busy, busy Saturday for you it seems. Sunday is always busy for you, isn't it? How is your DD doing these days?

Linnie - you sound excited about your trip to Idaho! My daughter was born at Mt. Home Air Force Base in that state.

BECKYLIZ - emoticon on the weight loss! We'll take every ounce dropping we can here!!

Lainie - glad you had a fairly relaxing day! Your driver is doing so much better these days. I wasn't too impressed with all the pit row speeding though - seems to me something was not working correctly!

Hello Angels,

Wow, I didn't realize I didn't get here yesterday. I was so busy yesterday. My son is now home from his road trip. It's great to have him home, but not great to have all his mess. lol My dogs were just so happy to see him. They seem so much more content now that he's here. They weren't too happy when we went out to lunch and grocery shopping.

Today has been a very relaxing day for the most part. I actually just finished watching the race. I had to do some calling for the insurance agent today. So I had to put the race on pause. Jr. did pretty good; led a lot though. I'm happy that he's in 2nd place in the standings. Yay!

Hope everyone has had a wonderful day! Take care!

Hugs,

Lainie

Way to go Becky!!! Perhaps you are coming off your plateau. A 1# loss is great, keep up the good work.

Well I didn't get my cardio done today, seems Sunday afternoons are just so short. I needed to get my housecleaning done since it didn't get done yesterday. My prodigal daughter popped in while we were having lunch, normally she comes in while we are at church. It was good to see her but it thru my schedule off. Oh well, my feet probably could use the break as they are feeling a little achy today, but it will be back to the walking trail tomorrow.

Linnie, I was just noticing your tracker. emoticon on your 48# loss, you are almost to your goal!!! Looking good in your profile pic.

Got a good nights sleep, guess I was more tired that had thought. Guess all that walking & being on the go really paid off for sending the sandman my way. Heading to chuch, cardio later & some housecleaning to prepare for a week at work.

My life is boring, I just got home from work, Matt is watching some dumb movie, I need to eat something. Less than a month till I go to Idaho on vacation for my nephews wedding. I gotta go lift some weights to boost my calorie burn tonight, never mind the fact that I ran my hind end off at work lol.

Just got back home, been gone since 8am, whew I am beat. Went to see Brandon's game, took some pics. Then met our oldest son & Lindsey (his daughter) for a late breakfast. Then it was off to the hospital for some sick visits. One of our church members had a heart attack last week & they are keeping him inpatient as he is scheduled for a triple bypass on Tuesday. Also, the sister of DH's late exwife is in the hospital with cirrhois, I almost didn't recognize her, she's gotten so thin.
Then later we went out for supper & then rode to the beach. We have definitely been on the go all day. Now ready for some ZZZZs.

Teri - so nice to have you back with us. The spa deal was wonderful. Your schedule sounds busy, hope you can fit us in every now and then.

DonnaB - Nope, don't have to do anything but have it checked again next year. Unless it starts growing or moving, nothing needs to be done. I would love to have a nutritionist - need to get some pounds off!!

Hi everyone I have been MIA for quit awhile. I come on with good intentions and then get sidetracked or something. I am seeing a dietitician on Monday and going to start tracking again. I have been doing pretty good with eating but have been running here and there and back again so haven't had a chance to get to exercise a lot. Right now I am doing yoga on Monday, Osteofit on Tues. and going to try to get to the pool the Wed. Thurs. and Fri. maybe Sat. when possible. I have had the grandchildren a lot of weekends they are invited to birthday parties here and so I have to get them and then they spend the weekend. You know no rest for the wicked. I did get away on May 21st to one of the top spas in Canada and voted one of the best in the world. I went for one night it was wonderful I got a really good deal. I just bought the deal again and going to take my daughters for one night. It is something everyone should do at least once. Especially at the price I got it for. I also went with DH to a time share presentation just to get away for a good price. Then we went to an outdoor spa with hot tubs and cold pools and eucalyptus steam room and finnish sauna you could stay as long as you wanted for one price the average is 3-4 hours and we were there for almost 4 hours DH didn't really want to go he didn't think many men would be there but it was about 25% men and I think that is a good number considering. He will go back I have a picture on the brochure of it in winter with snow at night and the lights on it is beautiful I think we will go then. $48 is the admission price. My sister and friend and I are going in the summer on a Wed. it is only $38 but dear hubby doesn't have many holidays left after our Alaskan cruise in Sept. I am so looking forward to that. I have to lose some weight before that because you gain on a cruise for sure.
I hope everyone is doing well. I am really going to work on spending some time catching up on my sparkteams and friends once I get things back on track with life, house and everything in between. Have a great weekend and it feels good to touch base with such a great group of people. Teri

Saying hi and good to hear from everyone. Trying to get back on some kind of routine! Had good news from my CAT scan, spot on kidney is a tiny cyst.

Lois - always glad to hear from you! How are your eyes doing?

Linnie - hurray for your Realtor! Hope this is the place! Sounds like your weather needs to cooperate better, though!

Lanie - you sound just a "little" excited about having your son coming home! LOL

Donna - hope you enjoy your vacation despite the soreness from the exercise!

Donna B. - hope all the news from the doc is good! Bet your headache was from this crazy weather systems we've been having!! My sinuses are totally berserk!

Oh bummer, the anticipation & waiting is never fun.

After my dr appointment, I went & did some shopping for a friend & her 2 kids, just a little something to let them know how special they are to our family. Then got my haircut, I had her texturize it to try & get some of the heaviness out of my hair --have had excructiating headaches all week ---but not letting them stop me from cardio & doing what needs to be done.
Fixing to have supper with DH, he finally got in from work after his usual 13 hours on the road with his job. Now looking for a great weekend, going to watch Brandon play his TBALL game tomorrow.

We can't go look until Monday, but we went and did a quick drive by. I love it, and that is just the view from the driveway. I think this might be the one. Man, we are having thunder and hail and wind and rain, yuck.

My Dr was very pleased with my stats & weight, I've lost a total of 9#s since December, she was remarkably pleased. Now I just have to wait for the lab results to come back in since those will tell the real story. The last A1C was 7.1 I think, I need for this to drop to show some improvement. She was so pleased in fact, although I got off schedule of my 3 months visit (was supposed to have seen her in March also), she said I was doing so well, that I didn't need to see her til 6 months. emoticon

Way to go WildLocus, great job on those scores.

Linnie, sounds like a dream home, hope things work out for you.

Thank you, Donna! He called me a couple of hours ago to say that they still haven't left NJ. My sister and niece first had to stop at an Amish store. Then when he thought they were on the way, they stopped at a Farmer's Market. He's just ready to get home. I'm ready for him to get home too.

Hey Angels. It's busy at the bank, guess it's Friday. Can't wait until the end of the day then I'm out of here for over a week. I'm sure it willjust fly by, vacations usually do.

I did get to exercise class last night. We did Extreme Cardio from the Biggest Loser. I'm not too sore yet but I can feel it coming on hour by hour.

Gotta run. I'll check in when I can

SAS-Awesome on the house. Hope it's everything you're looking for.

Lainie-Hope your son makes it back home safely. Glad he's had a wonderful trip.
