Would have liked to work harder not necessarily longer) but I've got a hip joint acting up, so this seemed a safe compromise.

I really slacked off for the past week. Back at it today.

Strength: 65 minutes, my full PT workout
Cardio: 30 minutes heavy cleaning, 30 minutes yoga

Not great cardio choices, but the vacuuming helped warm me up, and I did a thorough job, including the upholstery. The yoga was the Back-care Yoga dvd. My back hurt after 5 days without any meaningful exercise.
