After a long period of recuperation following a back spasm leading to sciatica, I'm feeling better. I plan to work out tomorrow. Hope everyone else is doing well. I wish others would post their minutes to inspire us all to work out more often!

I did better today:
Cardio: 10 minutes - Day 1 28-Day Challenge video Strength: 50 minutes, most of the PT workout plus Day 2 28-Day Challenge video and 3 exercises with the stability ball from my suggested workout. Stretching: 10

I really slacked off for the past week. Back at it today.
Strength: 65 minutes, my full PT workout Cardio: 30 minutes heavy cleaning, 30 minutes yoga
Not great cardio choices, but the vacuuming helped warm me up, and I did a thorough job, including the upholstery. The yoga was the Back-care Yoga dvd. My back hurt after 5 days without any meaningful exercise.
