Hope everyone survived Thanksgiving, and, if you're like me, still working off the last bit of dessert!
Holidays tend to be the time when we allow ourselves some liberties that we may not take any other time which always leads to the New Year regret phase and those resolutions that last for a few weeks and then go by the wayside.
Do you make resolutions? I've found that I tend to reinvent my work out in October and November. Not by design, more like in response to Mother Nature. Colder temps and less daylight increase my desire to get the most out of each day until spring comes. Fortunately, I have found that a commitment to a regular routine eliminates the "need" for holiday resolutions. Makes me feel like I've got a head start!
Don't place your mistakes on your head; their weight may crush you. Instead, place them under your feet and use them as platform to view your horizons.
