Hi all! Can you believe that we are almost through the first month of 2012 already?! It's gone by too quickly!
I was giving some though to what I have and have not accomplished this month, beating myself up a bit, actually. The holidays started and ended a little later for us and there are just a few habits that I just cannot seem to completely quit or control. I'm going to keep at it, I am determined to continue to improve!
I've been following the Reds Caravan which kinda shocked me into reality when I started thinking of all the things we've got coming up. I've got my stepson's graduation for Ohio State just a few weeks before Opening Day and I intend to be well on my way to a lighter me. I've got a 1/2 marathon 6 weeks after that. Just the reality check I needed to get serious instead of going through the motions of eating better.
How is your year starting? What are some of the things that you've done that have gotten you closer to your personal goals?
