I don't have anything out of the ordinary in my fridge this week except for rendered duck fat, fresh galangal and some leftover Chinese broccoli.

I want in your fridge! My fridge has lots of yogurt right now...oranges, broccoli, pork tenderloin, smoked salmon and local blueberry jam ...among other things.

Fresh fruits and vegetables, grass-fed butter, rendered duck fat, full fat yogurt, pasture-raised eggs are just a few items in my fridge.

I just bought white anchovies from Italy, marinated in olive oil, garlic and herbs.

Barrister - Oh yeah, I'm sorry but the cats in the fridge was disgusting; I know I posted that somewhere else too.

In my fridge right now the only 'different' things are a container of pork liver for a pate (recipe by Jaques Pepin) and a container with gulab jamon in syrup that my friend made (an Indian milk dessert served in a syrup of cardamom and rosewater). Not really out of the ordinary for me at all, actually.

Those are such funny pictures!

In my fridge today is: A pork roast waiting to be cooked, some chicken breasts I poached in white wine/lemon/rosemary a couple of days ago, coconut milk, eggs, cheese, tuna in foil pouches, bacon, turkey sausage and lots of veggies.

Sure looks different than it did two weeks ago!!

Dru :)
