let us know what you plan on the menu or what you had on the menu to celerbrate.was it with in your calorie count?over it but planed for by saving calories for it etc?or totally over the calorie count not planned?have you a favorite low fat or low calorie version of a fest mealtime favorite that you would like to share with people?have you any tactica you would like to share to help others overcome the calorie fall?never having ever celerbrated any of theese day i am curious what is traditionally ate on theese days.
