you are welcome.i canīt actually do the fast because of my blood disorder and the fact i am on blood thinners but it is still a stressful time for me as my husband fast and because he is not eating all day dinner has to be ready intime for magrib(sunset)also it is traditional to have differant meals options so it like having a several gang meal but all being ready and served at the same time.it is also tradition to brealk the fast with dates and milk then pray before sitting down to eat the meals.
ayman is back in kinder garten today he had been off because on tuesday in kinder garten he got stung by a bee and like me he is allergic.it was all swollen,red,hot and very painful.dr said we had to keep giving him antihistamines and he had to lie with his foot higher than his heart and keep cold compresses on his foot.do you know how hard it is to keep a lively 4 year old lying down.it totally wore me out lol.so today once he goes to kinder garten the house work which got left the last two days is on the aganda.also shopping for the weekend so i donīt have to do it at the weekend with all the kids in tow,lol.hope you all have a great weekend.anything planed for the weekend.we will probably go to a sport fest if the weather hols.also plan to go to a play mobil display which a big shopping arcade in the near is haveing today and tomorrow.should keep the kids happy and it is something we can do even if it rains.
ramadam is the islamic fasten month where you are not allowed to eat or drink during sunlight hours from one new moon till the next.at the end of ramadam we then have our big religious fest(eid)some islamic lands celerbrate eid for three days.hope this helps julieanne.
i know this is a few days late,sorry about that but it is set up now. hope all those who celerbrate it had a great canada day yesturday and those who celerbrate have a great independence day today.we donīt have any of that over here but next week is the start of ramadam so i will be very busy getting the house in order till then and pre planing menuīs etc for this time.remember pre planing is the best way to deal with this our healthy lifestyle.hope all is well and that you will drop by from time to time to tell us how you are all doing.hello and welcome to all our new members i am looking forward to getting to know you all better.
