What I have thought about, for the Turkey Trot Challenge is : How far do I usually walk, on a Wednesday ? For me, the answer is : 1 Kilometer, which is about 5/8 of a mile. I plan to walk 5/8 of a mile, each day of the Challenge. That is, 5/8 of a mile for 15 days, making 9.375 miles !

I have been thinking about the Turkey Trot challenge that was emailed about over the weekend. I am trying to think about what is a good 'challenging' goal - but not setting myself up for failure. I was just curious for folks that walk/jog (or wog as I like to call it) -- How many miles are you thinking to challenge yourself for from the 10th thru Thanksgiving day?
