When at the gym, ensuring that I always use/stay in proper form when exercising, especially when lifting free weights. I have to make sure that my mind doesn't wander, that I stay in the moment, that I don't get distracted, and that I don't rush through the movement.

My biggest challenge is staying well (no colds) and injury free so that I can make the most of every workout (and not miss any).
