There are 50 days till Halloween. Our challenge is to do as many jumps till you mess up, then do modified plank for 30 sec. Jump again till you mess up then do 10 push-ups.(girl or boys) Repeat three times. Each day add more jumps, m plank time, and push ups. By Halloween we want to be anywhere from 100-300 jumps with no mess ups, 2-4 mins on m plank and 15-35 push-ups!
