Ok time to start anew!,

Hi Team!

It's time of the year, the usual time to set up your goals for the rest of the year!
For our team, post two big goals - one of them has to be something with jump rope - and what's your plan to achieve them.

For example:
My two big goals for rest of 2014:
Do the Jump Rope Challenge for 30 Days
Do 30 day shred

My plan to achieve my two big goals:
- jump Rope 5 Minutes Everyday
- do 30 day shred
- Start my exercise in the morning (which means wake up early, no late bedtime!)
love this!! But I do Love to sleep, but I can get started on my FitBit which is a great Incentive!!

My two big goals for 2016:
Do the Jump Rope Challenge for 30 days. ( I have 2 down)
Be active on SP every day.

My plan to achieve my two big goals:
-Jumping will be the very first thing I do when I get home at night. No sitting down or being distracted by other things. Stay focused on the job at hand.
- I will log into SP every day and check in with our team and log a thought. Once here it is easy to log my food and exercise for the day which keeps me on task.

On it!!

I'm confused MAY; two goals set up in mid-August 2015 for 2014 goals? Creating goals in the present for the past, you must be some sort of time traveler:) They seem like good goals for right now. I wish you success.

My To big goals are to
1) get fitter through Running/ Eating better /Jumping rope
2) Work my way up to 15 minutes consecutively jumping rope

My two big goals for 2014:
- Total 30K jump rope by end of 2014
- No exercise after sunset

My plan to achieve my two big goals:
- Do total 1K jump rope every week
- Start my exercise in the morning (which means wake up early, no late bedtime!) and my "cheat time" is to finish exercise latest before 7 pm (when it's usually get totally dark, no more "leftover" sunshine).
