Ooo, I hope you will recover in Speedy Gonzalez speed :D If you able to jump again, start slow, perhaps just 10 spins per set, don't push yourself too much. Listen more to your legs and knees (sounds weird even to me, haha).

My goal is to run and do other fun things like jump rope. Unfortunately, my knee problem has kept me from doing these things, but I am walking and working with my physical therapist on strength training in my legs. She said I should soon be ready to begin jumping rope again! Hooray!
