I've almost similar experience with my oldest niece. Whenever I skip, she has that trance look, that admiration look, which flatter me all the way to the moon, hehe. I guess the kids like the sounds of the jumping, how the rope spins under and above and it looks fun! So happy for you to find jumping rope workout, yay!
Thanks for the link, I'll see it later (now, can't view as the website is blocked by this computer, hehe).

Hi my name is Michelle, I am 42 years old. I discovered skipping 2.5 years ago when my youngest boy would not allow me to run, go to the gym or anything unless he was in my hand. One day I started skipping while he played and hell marys he started clapping and laughing, the sound and movement was obviously soothing to him! well since then I've started a skipping club and now both my boys are learning to skip. If your having difficulty getting out to be physical, try this and let me know. www.facebook.com/streetskipnplay
