go under your exercises and click ADD CARDIO. When it opens the other window, at the top click browse, then clickon other exercises, scroll till you come to jump rope. There you can put it if fast or slow and how long and it will tell you your calories.

do anyone know 1000 count of jump rope,how many estimated calories burn,just curios to know,.
