Congrats to everyone for upping the intensity/time! I love hearing how great jump roping is. I was curious as to what the effects were people felt- so thanks!

I've been jumping rope for less than two weeks. My first time I only lasted 6 minutes. I've done it three times a week and now I'm up to 12 minutes. I can already see changes in my calves. Looking forward to increasing my endurance and seeing more changes!

I'm trying to jump every day for 20 minutes. It ends up being about 5-6 times a week. I started learning to jump in December and I still trip up frequently; I just restart again as soon as I can. I can see changes in my calves and quads, and its much easier to run upstairs.

I try to jump every other day for about 30 minutes, but not continuous, I do sets of 5 min. and then do a strength move.I can't say as that I have really lost any weight skipping and I do it in the winter when I can't get outside to run. It has helped my endurance and it has definitly helped me to maintain my weight.

I started 1 step by 1 step and now I'm focused on where I'm going

Hi everyone! I was wondering how many days a week, and for how long, other team members jump rope. For the novice/experienced jumpers, how long has it taken you to see body changes?
