Hey I'm new to the team and must say how happy I am to see this. I thought I was a skipping maniac by myself!
I notice most of you seem to be counting jumps where as I use a timer and go by 1.5 minute intervals. Rest for 20 seconds then go again. I try to do that 15-20 times so 20-30 minutes.
I've recently started throwing into the mix some reverse or bicycle crunches and/or pushups instead of the 20 second rest which I noticed another member does. Really blasts up the heart rate for a great circuit style all around work out. Especially when short on time they are fantastic.
Anyway, so just curious do you count time or jumps?
