Well, I'm off the jumprope challenge for a little while. I've been having terrible pain in my left knee - at first I thought maybe in my sleep deprived state (baby not sleeping through the night and I get on average 5-6 hours of sleep) that I hit it on something... kept waiting for the pain to go away, but it only got worse...
The last couple days the pain was unbearable, so I finally went to the dr yesterday and he said I have pre-patellar bursitis... I'm on meds to hopefully clear it all up. He said to just take it easy for a few days, let it heal and then gave me the ok to get back to my jump rope.
Just wanted to post why I'm not going to be jumping for awhile.

Dec 2008-Dec 2009 I faithfully maintained a 107-109... Unfortantely after Dec 2009, I let myself get back to a 115.6 - I'm back on track and am going to get back to my maintaining range again!
