Guys, how many of u all know about this type of jump rope? Do any of u all have one? Some years ago my young daughter had one and I use to play with her just for fun, I didnt realize how great a workout it was. You can jump for a long time with it and not realize you're actually working out because you're too busy concentrating on counting the rounds the ball makes.
I am working on ideas for next month's challenge. Do u think there is any way we could adjust our normal jump ropes to do the same as the skip ball? Or r u guys not interested in this type? Let me know what u think. And if anyone still has problems logging onto July's challenge, let me know.
